Terms of Service and Service Agreement
Terms for the setup and management services purchased through kuruldu.com
Last updated: 12 September 2026 (unofficial translation; the Turkish version prevails)
1. Parties and scope
These terms apply between egob, LLC (2810 N Church St, Ste 90421, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States; “Kuruldu.com”, “we”) and the business purchasing services through kuruldu.com (“Customer”, “you”). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy.
Our services are intended for businesses only (companies, sole traders, self-employed professionals); purchases as a consumer are not possible.
2. Services
Each service consists of two parts: setup (one-time) and management (monthly or yearly subscription). The service page states which work belongs to setup and which to management; work not listed there is out of scope and quoted separately.
The setup fee is charged with the first payment. Management renews automatically every month or every year depending on the plan you chose; the renewal fee is charged to your card on file.
3. Your obligations
- Fill in the information form completely and accurately; provide content such as logo, texts and images on time. Timelines start once the information form is complete.
- Warrant that the content you provide (brand, images, texts) belongs to you or that you hold the rights to use it.
- Be the legal owner of the accounts within the service (domain, email, ads, analytics) and comply with the rules of the platforms concerned (Meta, Google, domain registrars).
- Pay your advertising budget directly to the advertising platform with your own card; Kuruldu.com does not intermediate ad spend.
- Not use the services for unlawful or misleading purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
4. Our obligations
- Provide the service within the scope stated on the service page, with due care and in line with technical standards.
- Open accounts in your name; never request passwords; work with partner / manager access; remove our access and hand over the domain and site files when the agreement ends.
- Show the status of the work in the customer panel and inform you by email at important steps.
5. Ownership of accounts
Domains are registered in Kuruldu.com’s registrar portfolio with your business details as the registrant and are managed there for the duration of the agreement. Website source files are hosted in Kuruldu.com’s Cloudflare account for the duration of the agreement; when the agreement ends, the files are delivered to you. Advertising and analytics accounts are opened in your own accounts from the start. Kuruldu.com claims no ownership over these accounts.
Buying a domain: You can buy a domain on its own, without a package. It is registered with your (or your company’s) details; the domain is held in Kuruldu.com’s Cloudflare account and you manage its DNS from your panel. The price is the registrar’s cost plus our service fee and is shown before you pay. A completed registration is non-refundable (registrar rule); if the registration cannot be completed for any reason, the domain fee is refunded in full. Under ICANN rules a domain cannot be transferred to another registrar for 60 days after registration; this also applies on the yearly plan. Renewal is automatic every year unless you cancel, and we remind you before the expiry date.
Domain transfer: On the yearly plan the domain is transferred to you whenever you decide to leave, with no waiting period, because setup and the first year are paid up front. Because the domain fee is paid separately, the transfer can also be requested on the monthly plan with no waiting period. Transfers are subject to the registrar’s rules (e.g. ICANN 60-day locks).
How to request a transfer: You open the request yourself from your customer panel, on the domain’s own page; there is no need to write to us separately. There are two routes. (1) Transfer to another registrar: we release the transfer lock and give you an auth (EPP) code; we show the code in your panel and, for security, do not send it by email. You start the transfer at your new registrar. (2) Move to your own Cloudflare account: the domain stays on Cloudflare and moves to your account; this requires the registration to be at least 10 days old, DNSSEC to be off, and the domain to be added as a site in your own account. If you do not approve the move from your Cloudflare account within 5 days the request cancels itself; a 30-day transfer lock applies after the move.
DNS records during a move: Cloudflare deletes every setting in the source account when a domain moves between accounts. That means your A, MX and TXT records — your website and your email — stop working the moment the move completes. You can download your DNS records from the panel as a standard file; we recommend downloading them before the move and loading them at your new provider. If you proceed without doing so despite this warning, Kuruldu.com cannot be held responsible for the resulting outage.
Connecting your existing domain: If you order with your own domain, it stays in your name at your registrar; no registration fee is charged and the transfer rules do not apply. DNS management moves to Kuruldu.com’s Cloudflare account once you replace the nameservers with the addresses we provide; we migrate your existing DNS records (including email) based on the details you share. At the end of the agreement you simply point the nameservers to a provider of your choice.
Domain availability: The domain lookup on our site is obtained live from the registry and is valid only at the moment of the query. Placing an order does not reserve a domain; registration is carried out by our team after payment and your information form. If the domain has meanwhile been registered by someone else or restricted by the registry, we propose an alternative name; if we cannot agree, we refund what you paid for the domain in full. Premium-priced domains are not included in packages and are quoted separately; we do not broker the purchase of taken domains from their owners. The domain fee is separate from the setup fee: the first-year fee is shown as its own line item at checkout and charged then. Subsequent annual renewals are not included in the management subscription and are invoiced separately.
6. Fees, invoicing and taxes
Prices are shown in Turkish lira (TRY), Macedonian denar (MKD), euro (EUR) or US dollars (USD) depending on the customer’s country and are charged in the currency shown on the payment page. Invoices are issued by egob, LLC and do not include VAT; value added tax is accounted for by the customer under the rules of the customer’s own country (reverse charge in the EU, self-assessment by the recipient in North Macedonia, VAT return no. 2 in Türkiye). Price changes for ongoing subscriptions are announced by email at least 30 days before the next renewal period.
If a payment cannot be collected, the management service may be suspended; if payment is not made within 14 days, the subscription is terminated.
7. Third-party platforms
Meta, Google, Cloudflare, Stripe and domain registrars apply their own rules. Rejection, restriction or closure of your account, policy changes or outages on these platforms are outside Kuruldu.com’s control. In such a case we work with you on a reasonable solution; Kuruldu.com cannot be held liable for platform-related outcomes.
8. No guarantee of results
Sales, click or conversion results of advertising campaigns, search engine rankings and approval of advertising accounts are not guaranteed by Kuruldu.com. The management service covers performing the work properly and regularly, in line with the rules.
9. Limitation of liability
Kuruldu.com’s total liability arising from a service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the last 12 months. Indirect damages, loss of profit and loss of data are excluded. Cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence are reserved.
10. Term and termination
The subscription renews at the end of each period unless cancelled. To cancel, use the “Manage subscription” link in the customer panel; the subscription ends at the end of the period. Details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. In case of a material breach of these terms, either party may terminate the agreement immediately by written notice.
11. Intellectual property
The rights to the content you provide remain with you. Site designs and code produced by Kuruldu.com are delivered to you with a perpetual right of use once the fee has been paid in full; Kuruldu.com’s rights to its internal tools and templates are reserved.
12. Confidentiality
The parties keep confidential the business information they learn through the agreement. The processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of Delaware. For customers established in Türkiye, the Turkish version of these terms and its jurisdiction clause apply. [To be confirmed in legal review: governing law / arbitration option.]
14. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; changes affecting ongoing subscriptions are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Questions: contact@kuruldu.com.
