Service and process
Who owns the accounts?
Yours. The domain is registered with your (or your business’s) details and, for the length of the contract, managed in Kuruldu.com’s Cloudflare account; ad accounts and Google properties are opened in your own accounts. We work with delegated access. When you leave we remove our access and hand over the domain and site files.
Is the domain included in the price?
Our website packages (Small Business Web Package, Business Web Package) include a new .com domain for the first year; from the second year, renewal is invoiced separately at the current domain price and announced before the renewal date. If you already own a domain, we connect it free of charge. If you buy a domain on its own, the first-year fee appears in your cart before payment and is charged once; the amount depends on the extension and is shown live on the domain search page. We do not register country extensions (.com.tr, .mk): register one in your own name with a local registrar and we connect it free of charge via “Connect my existing domain”.
What is the MailDigi business address?
Our website packages include business addresses such as info@yourdomain.com on your domain: 1 address in the Small Business Web Package and 2 in the Business Web Package. Emails sent to them are forwarded to the personal email address you already use, and your "Reply" responses reach the other party from your business address. MailDigi is not a mailbox: you cannot start new emails from the business address, and emails stay in your personal inbox. If you need more addresses, you can buy extra addresses on your domain’s page for a monthly or yearly fee per address; they work on any domain you bought from us or connected to us.You request an address from your domain’s page in the customer panel and can change it later; every request is opened after our team approves it. Forwarded emails arrive from relay@maildigi.com with the name of the person who wrote; maildigi is the email relay service of egob, LLC, the company that runs Kuruldu.com. MailDigi does not work if your domain uses another email service (MX record).
Do I have to share my password?
No. We use partner access on Meta, and manager links and editor roles on Google. We will never ask for your password.
How long does setup take?
After the information form is complete: 2–3 business days for the Small Business Web Package and 5–7 business days for the Business Web Package; ad account setup takes 3 business days once access has been granted. You have 2 rounds of revisions within 14 days of delivery. You see the status and any target date on the job in your panel.
Do I pay my ad budget to you?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta and Google from your own card. We only charge setup and management fees; your spend and spend history stay in your own account.
Does the management fee depend on my ad budget?
No. Our Meta and Google ads management fee is fixed and does not depend on your ad budget; there are no budget tiers. The budget is paid from your own card directly to the ad platform. For results to be measurable we recommend at least $105 per month. For very large budgets or many simultaneous campaigns we agree the scope together (Terms of Service, section 2).
I already have a website / ad account — can I still buy?
Yes. We take over your existing account, fill the gaps and move to management. Just tick the “existing account” option in the information form.
How do I reach you and how fast do you reply?
Write to us under Messages in the customer panel and attach files; we email you when there is a reply. We respond within 24 hours on business days. You can also email contact@kuruldu.com.
How do I log in to the panel — is there a password?
No password. Type your email on the login page and we send a one-time login link; once you click it your session stays open for 30 days. After payment a login link is emailed to you as well.
Payment and invoicing
How much is charged on the first payment?
The setup fee + the first period of your plan (first month on monthly, first year on yearly). For example, the Business Web Package on the monthly plan: first payment $649 + $39 = $688; then only $39 each month. Website packages include a .com domain for the first year; if you choose another extension a domain fee is added, and nothing is added if you bring your own domain. The amount is also shown on the payment page.
How do I pay?
By card, in US dollars (USD), via Stripe. The setup fee is charged once on the first payment; the management fee renews monthly or yearly depending on your plan. Bank transfer is not accepted at the moment. As the charge is an international transaction, you may need to enable international purchases on your card.
Who issues the invoice, and is there VAT?
The invoice is issued by egob, LLC, established in the United States. The price shown is the final amount you pay: VAT, where it applies, is included and nothing is added at checkout; when you buy as an individual, the invoice shows the VAT included and its rate. When you buy as a business with your tax/VAT number, the invoice has no VAT line: businesses in the EU account for VAT under the reverse-charge rule; businesses in Türkiye declare it on VAT return no. 2 and deduct it in the same period; businesses in North Macedonia self-assess it as the recipient. Ask your accountant about the practice in your country.
Can I book the invoice as an expense?
The invoice is issued to the name or company name you give on the payment page, together with your tax/VAT number if you provide one, and can be recorded as an invoice for services purchased from abroad. Ask your accountant about booking and reporting.
I have no company or I am a sole trader — which option do I choose?
If you have no company, choose "Individual" before paying; no tax number is asked and the invoice is issued in your name. If you buy for a business, including as a sole trader, choose "Business" and enter your tax or VAT number on the payment page. If the payment page does not accept it, write to us and we will correct your invoice.
What information is asked on the payment page?
Your name, phone and billing address. When you buy as a business, your company name and tax/VAT number are also asked; the tax office (Türkiye only) is optional. When you buy as an individual, these fields are not shown. The invoice is issued with these details; you can update them later yourself under My services → Manage subscription (Stripe customer portal), or write to us under Messages.
Which currency do I pay in?
Based on your country: Turkish lira in Türkiye, denar in North Macedonia, euro in the EU and US dollars elsewhere. You can change it with the region selector at the bottom of the page; the payment page charges exactly the amount you see on the site.
Plan changes and cancellation
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. You switch in the customer panel under My services → Change plan; the switch is immediate, the unused part of the current month is deducted and the remaining amount is charged to your saved card. On the yearly plan you pay for 10 months instead of 12. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the yearly period; the remaining months are not refunded.
What happens if I cancel?
The subscription ends at the end of the period; service continues until then and no new fee is charged for the remaining management period. If you cancel before submitting the information form and before work starts, the setup fee is refunded (less the price of a gift domain that has already been registered with the package); after work starts it is not refunded. If you bought as a consumer, your statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights are reserved. In website packages hosting ends with the subscription: the site goes offline at the end of the period; if you ask within 30 days we hand over the site files. Details: Refunds and cancellation page.
What happens to my data?
Because the accounts are in your name, your data is already yours. Our records (form answers, files) are kept for the length of the contract and the legal retention period; details in the privacy policy.
