Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer you can withdraw from an order placed on kuruldu.com, or from a MailDigi credit purchase, within 14 days of payment without giving a reason.

The button below opens the withdrawal screen in your customer panel. If you are not signed in, a sign-in link is sent to the email address of your order. Choose the order and select “Confirm withdrawal”; we confirm receipt by email straight away.

We refund your payment to the card you paid with within 14 days. For a service that started at once at your request, the value of the part already provided is deducted; a completed domain registration is not refunded and the domain stays registered in your name. For credit purchases, the unused credits are refunded.
